Edward Siskin

Edward Siskin is Executive Managing Director of Crystal Financial and was a founder of Crystal Capital. Previously he served as founder and president of Back Bay Capital Fund LLC.

Ed served more than a decade as both a commercial lender and investment banker focusing on raising capital for companies, joining Bankers Trust in 1980 where he became a Managing Director. Following this he was head of corporate development for the Red Apple Group, a $1 billion private company based in New York, where he coordinated acquisitions, refinancing the company’s debt and start-up ventures, including a charter airline. In 1993, Ed joined GBFC, Inc., a specialty finance company acquired by BankBoston, N.A. (now Bank of America), as Chief Operating Officer. Ed served as Chief Operating Officer at Bank of America Retail Finance Group.

Ed is on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Finance Association as well as an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Turnaround Management Association. He is also involved with several charitable organizations including Jewish Big Brother Big Sister Organization.

Ed received a B.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
