Michael Pizette is a Senior Managing Director & Chief Credit Officer of Crystal Financial and was a founder of Crystal Capital. He has over twenty years of experience in providing and managing senior and junior debt investments to middle market and large corporate companies. Mike had previously served as Managing Director of Loan Administration at Back Bay Capital Fund LLC. Prior to joining Back Bay Capital, Mike was Managing Director at GBFC, Inc. a specialty finance company acquired by BankBoston, N.A. (now Bank of America). In addition Mike worked at Shawmut Bank for several years, both lending to middle market companies and working in the corporate restructuring unit. Mike serves on the Board of Directors of Ultra Stores, Inc. and Avon Automotive.
Mike received a B.S. degree in Finance and Investments from Babson College and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Bentley College.
