Paul Feinstein is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer of Crystal Financial and a founder of Crystal Capital. He is a certified public accountant with twenty years of professional experience in all phases of finance, operations and information systems in several industries including manufacturing, distribution, retail, and professional and financial services.
Paul previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of The Ozer Group, a leading national restructuring and liquidation firm, and Paragon Capital, a specialty asset-based lender.
Prior to joining Ozer, Paul spent six years with two turnaround management firms, Recovery Management and Gerhardt, Inc., providing consulting services to middle market companies. Paul started his career with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Ernst & Young in Boston.
Paul is involved in several community charity organizations and currently serves on the Board of the Jewish Big Brother Big Sister of Massachusetts. Paul received a B.A. from University of Massachusetts.
