Steven Migliero is a Managing Director of Crystal Financial and most recently with Crystal Capital. Prior to this Steve served as a Senior Vice President within GE’s Global Sponsor Finance group where he focused on the origination of debt financings for Private Equity Sponsored leveraged buyouts. While an employee of GE, he spent ten years in various roles of origination, underwriting and portfolio management within GE’s Commercial Finance unit.
Steve received a B.S. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from New York University Graduate School of Business Administration.
